General issues

Following these terms is mandatory for all users. Any violation will end up with account deletion. During signup each user reads and agrees these terms. These terms can be modified anytime, without any previous notice or acceptance from users.

Description

Website Întâlneşte-mă is for people over 18 years old, unmarried, who want to find a serious relationship. Seriosity, maturity, respect are the main attributes we promote.

Register

To become a member and use the website Întâlneşte-mă you will complete the registration form with real, correct, complete and actual data of your person. If contrary, we may reserve our right to delete your account without previous notice. All personal information [name, address, email etc.] and all website messages are confidential and will not be revealed to any person or institution, exception for cases when the law forces us to do so.

About account

You can cancel [delete] anytime the account. This action will erase all you personal information, all messages, all pictures and existing references from our database. Personal profile cannot contain data or images which can be interpretated as obscene, rasist or offending for a person, group, entity. You are totally responsible for account security and password, so do not reveal to anyone your username and password. If you are suspicious about the account safety, we advice you to delete the account and create a brand new one. We will delete accounts activated but not updated with data, in less than 1 day from activation.

User responsibilities

You are the only responsible for the content of information from your account. It is forbidden publishing copyrighted materials, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or malicious related to another user, person, or company. It is forbidden publishing materials containing viruses or any other programs that may threat informatic systems hard and soft. It is forbidden to modify, copy, translate, sell, or adapt any material or any part of this website.

Personal data protection information

Upon romanian low nr. 677/2001 for personal data protection regarding data processing and free movement of data, modified and completed, and upon law nr. 506/2004 for personal data processing and private life protection in electronic communication, the website Întâlneşte-mă must safely and only for specified purposes administrate your personal data, data of a member of your family, or other person. The purpose of colecting data is to asure the website members information and services of highest possible quality. Data stored is used by our website only and it is forwarded to public authorities, only upon demands, in case of an ongoing act of justice or an administrative one. Upon law nr. 677/2001, you have the right: to access your data, to change it anytime, not to obey an individual decision, and to ask for justice help. Also, you have the right not to agree personal data processing and ask for data deletion. For all these rights, you may send us a written, dated and signed inquiry to echipa@intalneste-ma.ro or you may delete your account yourself.
